These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Budget Imprint website and your purchase of any products through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by anyone else. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Uploading or transmitting any artwork, content, or files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Using automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content or pricing from the site without permission.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the website, including checkout and payment processing.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and the decoration method used.

Prices, product availability, and minimum order quantities are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, and will notify you if this occurs.

4. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

When you submit a logo, design, or artwork for decoration on a product, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it, and you grant Budget Imprint a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe on any third party's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product photography, is the property of Budget Imprint or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation and, where applicable, approve a digital proof of your decorated product. Production begins only after proof approval.

Full or partial payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, costs, and carrier information are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. Because most of our products are custom-decorated to order, our return and exchange policy differs from standard retail items — details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget Imprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
