Returns & Exchanges

1. Custom & Personalized Products

Most products sold by Budget Imprint are decorated to order with your logo or artwork. Because these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect size or color selection made at checkout, or artwork approved by you that was later found to contain an error on your end.

This is why we send a digital proof for approval before production begins — please review it carefully, as production starts only after you confirm it is correct.

2. Defective, Damaged & Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will make it right through a reprint, replacement, or refund:

• The item arrived damaged during shipping.
• The decoration (print, embroidery, etc.) does not match the artwork you approved.
• The wrong product, size, or color was shipped compared to your confirmed order.
• The item has a manufacturing defect unrelated to normal wear.

Please report any of these issues within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the item, so we can quickly investigate and resolve it.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return, exchange, or reprint for a qualifying issue:

• Contact us at support@budgetimprint.com with your order number.
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue.
• Our team will review your request and respond with next steps, typically within 1–2 business days.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed on our end.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-decorated products that were produced correctly, matching the proof you approved.
• Products marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
