We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG, and high-resolution JPG files. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print quality, especially for screen printing and embroidery.
Standard production time is typically 5-7 business days after your artwork is approved. Rush production is available on most products for an additional fee — contact us for details on your specific order.
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after production is complete. You can review shipping options in more detail on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Minimum order quantities vary by product and decoration method. Many items can be ordered individually, while others (like screen-printed apparel) may have a minimum. Each product page lists any applicable minimums.
Yes. For most custom orders, we'll email you a digital proof for approval before production begins. Production only starts once you approve the proof, so please respond promptly to avoid delays.
We offer screen printing, embroidery, digital/direct-to-garment printing, and laser engraving, depending on the product. The available methods are shown on each product page.
Because custom-decorated items are made specifically for you, they generally aren't eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or production error on our part. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
Yes, pricing on most products automatically adjusts for larger quantities. For very large orders or ongoing bulk needs, contact our team directly for a custom quote.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status anytime from your account's order history.
