What to expect once your custom order goes into production.

1. Production & Processing Time
Most of our products are decorated to order once your artwork is finalized and your digital proof is approved. Production time varies by product, decoration method (such as screen printing or embroidery), and order quantity, and begins after proof approval — not at the time the order is placed. Estimated production times are shown on each product page and during checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selecting the method that best balances speed and cost for your order and destination. Your available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the shipping method you select. The exact cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Times
Total delivery time is the combination of production time plus transit time with the carrier. We currently ship to addresses within the United States from our facility in Lowville, New York. Transit times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected production window, please contact us and we'll look into it.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before production or shipment begins.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit based on your tracking information, please reach out to us so we can work with the carrier on your behalf to locate your package or arrange a resolution.
